La fase finale del progetto Erasmus+ “ORNAT2000” coordinato dalla Comunità Valsugana e Tesino ha in calendario l’evento finale che si sta svolgendo proprio in questi giorni in Valsugana alternando sport e approfondimenti.
Il seminario “Sport, inclusione, ambiente” tenutosi a Borgo nell’auditorium della Comunità di Valle è stato il momento principale della fase di approfondimento e ha visto interventi che sono andati a toccare diversi aspetti.
Introdotta dall’Assessore provinciale a salute, politiche sociali, disabilità e famiglia Stefania Segnana e dal Presidente della Comunità Valsugana e Tesino Enrico Galvan, la serata ha visto la presenza del Presidente della FISO-Federazione Italiana Sport Orientamento Sergio Anesi che ha ricordato come l’orienteering sia una disciplina assolutamente adatta a tutti e che viene praticata in assoluta armonia con l’ambiente naturale.
Giancarlo Orsingher della Rete di Riserve del fiume Brenta ha illustrato le opportunità che l’Unione europea, tramite il programma Erasmus+ offre per la realizzazione di progetti sportivi ed ha presentato i contenuti del progetto ORNAT2000, mentre Gianluca Antonucci (da remoto) ha illustrato i contenuti del progetto ORIENT, un’altra iniziativa transnazionale Erasmus+ che, con capofila la FISO, sta affrontando il tema dell’inclusione sociale tramite l’orienteering.
Beata Valunceviciene per il centro giovanile lituano di Marjiampole e Zoltan Szerdahely per la Federazione di orienteering della contea ungherese di Vas hanno accennato a cosa le due realtà (partner del progetto ORNAT) stanno realizzando nei loro territori integrando orienteering, ambiente inclusione sociale.
Il Presidente del CIP-Comitato Italiano Paralimpico di Trento, Massimo Bernardoni, ha presentato le attività del CIP e cosa questa giovane struttura può fare per agevolare l’avvicinamento allo sport delle persone con disabilità.
L’incontro si è concluso con due toccanti testimonianze: la prima di Marco Aggravi sul progetto “lo sport unisce” che lo vede impegnato in numerose iniziative che aiutano le persone con disabilità (per lo più della sfera cognitiva) a realizzarsi attraverso lo sport e infine l’intervento di Melania Corradini, già medagliata paralimpica nello sci da discesa e ora componente della giunta del CIP trentino, che ha parlato della sua esperienza di atleta paralimpica.
Sport, inclusion and environment in ORNAT conference
The final phase of the Erasmus+ project “ORNAT2000” coordinated by the Valsugana and Tesino Community has on its calendar the final event that is taking place just these days in Valsugana alternating between sports and in-depth studies.
The seminar “Sport, Inclusion, Environment” held in Borgo in the auditorium of the Valley Community was the main moment of the in-depth phase and saw speeches that touched on different aspects.
Introduced by Provincial Councillor for Health, Social Policy, Disability and Family Stefania Segnana and President of the Valsugana and Tesino Community Enrico Galvan, the evening saw the presence of FISO-Federazione Italiana Sport Orientamento President Sergio Anesi, who recalled how orienteering is a discipline that is absolutely suitable for everyone and is practiced in absolute harmony with the natural environment.
Giancarlo Orsingher from the Brenta River Reserves Network illustrated the opportunities that the European Union, through the Erasmus+ program offers for the realization of sports projects and presented the contents of the ORNAT2000 project, while Gianluca Antonucci (remotely) illustrated the contents of the ORIENT project, another transnational Erasmus+ initiative that, with FISO as lead partner, is addressing the issue of social inclusion through orienteering.
Beata Valunceviciene for the Lithuanian youth center of Marjiampole and Zoltan Szerdahely for the orienteering federation of the Hungarian county of Vas mentioned what the two entities (partners of the ORNAT project) are implementing in their territories by integrating orienteering, environment social inclusion.
The President of CIP-Comitato Italiano Paralimpico of Trento, Massimo Bernardoni, presented the activities of CIP and what this young structure can do to facilitate the approach to sport of people with disabilities.
The meeting concluded with two touching testimonies: the first by Marco Aggravi on the project “sport unites,” which sees him involved in numerous initiatives that help people with disabilities (mostly of the cognitive sphere) to realize themselves through sport, and finally the speech by Melania Corradini, former Paralympic medalist in downhill skiing and now a member of the Trento CIP council, who spoke about her experience as a Paralympic athlete.
